Government and Defense

We've been called upon for government and defense contracts to reverse engineer a number of tools.

In these situations, we're presented with very specific problems that exist with a current tool. Instead of starting from scratch, our team decompiles the system and breaks down the code to find bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement and expansion.

We then optimize each element and piece them back together, adding new components that help meet the exact need.

Automotive

Our experience and passion for prototyping and visualization gives us an edge with the automotive market here in the Detroit area. Like us, automotive makers, vendors and dealers appreciate, and even expect, to see a prototype of a system before it is built – much like they see a prototype of a car or part before it goes into production.

We've worked with several automotive companies in developing customer-facing web and mobile applications as well as in-house training demos and sales tools.

Each project involves a prototyping element that gives the client something to "see" and "play with" while giving us the ability to gain invaluable user feedback before a single line of code has been written.

Retail

The ever-growing online retail space has revealed countless opportunities for technology to create a better (and more profitable) user experience.

Often, our retail clients request two phases of development from us:

  1. Proof of concept through visualization
  2. Actual development / web development

In the first phase, we provide them with a working model of the system that they would like to build. They are able to take this functioning model (instead of a slide-show of mock-up screen shots) to investors, board members and C-level executives for budget approval.

Once they receive the approval, we're able to use the model as our guide to build the application. This saves time and related costs – and, since we already know what they want, it allows us to develop the actual system with much less involvement from the client.
