Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson announced the three winners of the OakGov Challenge. RIIS came second in the competition with Dirty Spoons an iPhone application that allows users to check if there are any food violations at local area restaurants.

Gov. Jennifer Granholm's office announced Tuesday that RIIS was one of three Oakland County companies — along with nine other entities — that plan to create more than 2,900 new jobs and generate over $162 million in new investment in Michigan.
