RIIS to Offer its Front Office Assistant Application on BroadSoft Xtended Marketplace
RIIS, LLC, an IT consulting firm specializing in application development, today announced that it has been selected for BroadSoft’s 2011 Xtended Incubator Program – a global initiative designed to accelerate the development of in-demand voice, mobile and web-based communications applications for businesses and consumers through the provision by BroadSoft® of seed funding, feedback and support to application developers.
RIIS was one of nine developers selected for the 2011 Incubator Program by BroadSoft, the leading global provider of software that enables mobile, fixed-line and cable service providers to deliver real-time communications over their IP networks. BroadSoft selected RIIS for its Front Office Assistant app for iOS and Android devices. The application provides BroadSoft-powered small and medium businesses with the ability to manage their users and calls.
Godfrey Nolan, president of RIIS commented, “The BroadSoft Xtended™ Incubator Program offers us a unique opportunity to showcase our talents in mobile application development and user interface design, while leveraging the BroadSoft network and resources.”
Nolan added, “We’re particularly proud to represent Michigan and our local talent base for mobile application development on this global stage.”
“As businesses and consumers rely more on iOS and Android based devices, we believe our Xtended Program is well poised to deliver applications that enable them to communicate and stay connect,” said Leslie Ferry, vice president, marketing, BroadSoft. "We believe the development of in-demand applications such as the RIIS Front-Office Assistant App for tablet devices will allow our service providers to bring greater value to their customers.
